You may return your items within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

Only regular-priced items are eligible (Sale or clearance items may not be returned)
How to Initiate a Return

Mention your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return shipping address.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email/WhatsApp.

If approved, you may choose:

A full refund to your original payment method (within 5–7 business days), or
